POSTAL BOOKINGS: There is no additional charge for postal booking so the ticket price you see above is what you pay. To help keep our costs down please enclose a 1st class stamped addressed A5 size envelope when you send us your booking form and cheque. Cheque payable to IREBY FESTIVAL.
TELEPHONE BOOKINGS: 01697 371 645 tell us what you want then send a cheque and SAE.
ON LINE BOOKINGS: "Gigantic.com" is our lead on line ticket company. When you have completed your booking please remember to print off your email ticket reference which is to be exchanged for a wristband at the festival office.
TICKET REFUNDS: Up to April 30th we will refund the face value* of your ticket.
Face value* is the price you paid less any additional fees you may have paid by booking on line.
To agree a refund please first telephone 01697 371 645 to discuss this with us.
No Refunds can be given after 4pm Tuesday 1 May.
CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation due to insufficient ticket sales all ticket money will be reimbursed including on-line booking fees where this apples.
SEATING: remember we are a festival, so smaller venues may have part seating and part standing.
